CROCU: A New, Body-Centered Approach to Mindfulness Crocu is a simple, holistic daily practice which accesses the power of the body’s core as a path to integrated living. Distilling insights from ancient spiritual traditions and informed by the latest neuro-scientific discoveries, Crocu is a highly-focused movement and mindfulness method which takes less than 3 minutes a day.

HOW IT WORKS
Crocu begins with a series of simple physical movements and a breath exercise which energize your body by activating the muscles of your “core,” or solar plexus, home to the Enteric Nervous System (ENS). Crocu establishes a connection to your physical core and sets the mental and emotional preconditions for reconnecting you to your symbolic core: core values, core purpose, core mission.
Following the physical practice, Crocu’s Seven Principles framework outlines 28 key self-examination questions that explore the application/integration of core values into your professional and personal life choices.
