CROCU: A New, Body-Centered Approach to Mindfulness CROCU is a simple, holistic daily practice which accesses the power of the body’s core as a path to integrated living. Distilling insights from ancient spiritual traditions and informed by the latest research in neuroscience, CROCU is a highly-focused movement and mindfulness method which takes less than 3 minutes a day.
The daily practice and CROCU courses incorporate seven guiding principles with body/mind insights designed to accelerate learning and integration. CROCU provides a bridge between human aspiration, vision, and action.

HOW IT WORKS
CROCU begins with a 7-step progression of simple alignment stretches and movements known as the 7-step Alignment Sequence, and a highly focused Core Breath Exercise which energizes your body by activating the muscles of your “core,” or solar plexus, home to the Enteric Nervous System (ENS). CROCU establishes a connection to your physical core and sets the mental and emotional preconditions for reconnecting you to your symbolic core: core values, core purpose, core mission.
Aligned with the daily practice, the framework of CROCU’s Seven Principles of Alignment outlines 28 key questions for self-reflection that explore your relationship with your physical well-being, mental health, emotional well-being, and your spiritual health, in whatever way you define it. The process is designed to facilitate a deeper integration between your overall well-being and your core values, as well as your understanding of your core purpose, as expressed in every aspect of your life.
