Today marks Lughnasadh, or Lammas, the ancient Celtic festival of first harvest. It's a day to honor the grain, the sunlight, and the effort that has made the ripening possible. Today we pause to ask:
What "wheat" am I gathering? What "chaff" am I ready to let go? Here at Crocu, we enter August with a renewed rhythm, supported by the steady cadence of daily embodied alignment. It is a season of ripening, and of paying attention. So as this new month begins, join us in taking a breath and looking inward:
a community of humans ready to live from the core, to walk with resilience, openness, and vision, to restore the rhythm of the breath, to trust in the wisdom of the body, to return to wholeness, and ultimately, to remember that our wholeness was never lost. This month, we are finalizing the creation of our online 21-day Crocu course: Live From Your Core. Each day is its own small harvest: a teaching, a question, a moment of reflection. We will share more with you soon. But for now...let's pause, find our feet, breathe in the heat of the season, and remind ourselves: My life is ripening in its right time. The harvest is here, now. Yours from the Core, Shyla 🌿 Founder, Crocu
