Returning

Hello, friends. It’s been a little while.

Crocu, like all good practices, has taken root quietly, in silence, while I supported my mother through the final chapter of her life. It has been a beautiful, heart-opening, and tender journey - one which oscillated between seemingly non-stop action and moments of stillness at a depth I've never before experienced. I carried you in my heart throughout it all.

And now, a new chapter is unfolding. Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing more insights and practices here, honoring both the stillness that has come before, and the quiet momentum now rising.
